Kettlebell Killer

This is one of my all-time favorite, love-to-hate kettlebell training routines. I got this years ago from a buddy of mine and continue to use it to this day when I don't want to think, I just want to work. It hits every part of your body and you will feel it the next day, but damn it feels good!
